Playful Hearts

14" X 10" X 6" Sculpture: Turned and hollowed Aspen column dyed red with wire burns mounted on a turned walnut disk rubbed with bronze paint. Various carved hearts from padauk, ash, bacote, purple heart, and pine scraps. Accented with copper tubing and wire and a few beads from my collection of "stuff I could use someday." On display in "Red" an exhibit at ART 111 in Colorado Springs during the month of February.
