Shell Mandala

This is one of my 3 submissions to the AAW Maple Medley call for entries. 10.5"x9.25"x2.5", Box Elder, Ambrosia Maple, Rodeo Cove beach gravel, Baker Beach eroded shell. Disc turned front and back with concentric beads, wire brushed. Stand turned on 2 axes, hammer textured with small bur on Dremel shaft. C&C's always welcome.
Hi Lou and Don,
Thanks for your comments! I didn't mention that this piece is turned end-grain, and that is the natural color of the wood.
Rick
