Spalted elm moon bowl.
Inside of Spalted elm bowl with carved craters accented by pyrography. Gloss enamel finish. 8 1/2" diameter , 2 1/2" tall
I like this, Howard. I think the carving adds some interesting visual and tactile elements, and the holes are great for the light/shadows. I don't really care for the high gloss finish though. Regardless, it's a cool bowl and a cool concept.
