Spalted Oak Bowl

Spalted oak from the fire wood pile
We have a variety of oaks in this neck of the woods, including valley oak, blue oaks, black oaks, or interior live oaks. I am not an expert on oak trees but my guess would be that it's valley oak; only because that's what most of the firewood in these parts seems to originate from.
Thanks for looking and for the comment.
