Sphere, Chinese Elm
B

Sphere, Chinese Elm

8 x 8 inches, Maloof oil/varnish finish. Turned from wood salvaged from a street tree that blew down last year in Anaheim, California. Although Chinese elm is not my most favorite wood to turn, it has a particularly striking contrast between the heartwood and the sapwood.
very nice
