Molly - did you like horses as a kid? All kidding aside, I like the woodburning series and the horses in particular. I bet they would look good in a gallery all setup next to each other.
Funny you ask that Jeff. When I was in grade school girls either were horse crazy or not. I always thought the horse crazy girls were super silly. I sure like them now as a decoration though. What got me to them was my interest in Native American artwork and primitive artwork. They do look good all set up together. I've got an inpromptu display of them on my sideboy (that's where they land when they come in from the shop), and it looks great.
I like the piece a lot. My first impression was of a cave painting somewhere in France. That comment was intended as a high complement. You really captured the native art effect with this piece.
