Walnut, maple, pine urn

Walnut, maple, pine urn

This is an old Pic. Made this in 2011 for one of my best friends, unfortunately. This was the first urn I'd ever made.

Robbi was a great guy and the absolute best fishing buddy you could ask for. He was killed by a drunk driver one month prior to his 21st birthday. I had known Robbi since he was 12.

The cap is made from pine that came from a house that was built in the 1700s in North Carolina . I don't remember where, specifically, I only remember it being an offcut from a project at the company I worked for, which they kindly allowed me to use.

Finish is satin lacquer.
