Got a basic airbrush kit and 10 ft. hose, complements of the wife. We ordered several things from Amazon and the set was on my list but wasn't going to order it. Just a wish list. However, she said to order it. I always do what she tell me. There was a turner who had PMed me about his basic setup. Will look it up and add it.
Here it is. My thanks to Tim for taking time to answer my request.

John I just sold my basic set which was an Iwata Eclipse air brush with the small Iwata compressor. I bought them at Hobby Lobby. they did me well but I wanted to try a better brush and compressor to see if helps my skills and I believe it does. I bought the Grex pistol grip air brush and their compressor. I've had fun with all of them. Just for fun I purchased an $18 air brush from Harbour Frieght and it's also fun but obviously you don't have the control you do with the better air brushes. Depends a lot on what you plan to do with the brush.
