I am trying to help my friend sell his turning shop as a bundle. Health issues are the motivation of this sale. He is not interested in selling anything piecemeal. The buyer will be responsible to pack and to move the entire contents of his shop. We live in the Appleton Wi area. A friend who knows prices of used turning equipment has evaluated the shop's value at $20,000 give or take a little.

I'm sorry for your friend.
I'm thinking you might get more (helpful) responses with an indication of the contents. I realize an itemized list would be nearly impossible, but the model of lathe, (other power tools?) maybe number of chucks, chisels, and other accessories, included wood, etc. would give a better indication of what's there.
