1832 Cocobolo.

Completed 5/18/2021, Cocobolo bowl, 7 11/16" x 2 7/8", 15.3 oz, Original block was 20% MC, and took a total of 15 months to stabilize to equilibrium after roughing and anchorseal. Has undercut rim, and multiple details. I've done other Cocobolo specimens, but this one is one of my all-time favorites.....grain is outstanding. (Thanks, Mother Nature!) Finished to 600gt, Danish Oil Natural, and Beale 3-step buffed.

Wow.....talk about voices from the past! You are one of the more outstanding turners from an earlier time on these AAW forums. I hope all is well with you, Don.....and, you are creating more great turnings.

Thank you sincerely for the good word....... :)

Good to talk with you again, Odie! I'm still turning but haven't posted anything in a while. I have to get back to it!

Take care,
Don
