Ash Calabash bowl

12 x 5 1/2 inches
Looking for something to tame the high contrast beetle holes and spalting on these nice Ash blanks. I’ve done some ‘natural’, and they’re fine, but wanting a more subtle effect.

The rim is sloped and curved inward. The bowl is undercut so that the interior has just a single curve.
Finished with blo/varnish/mineral spirits/black ink.
