Birch burl H/F

Birch wood with some burl and a African Blackwood collar and finial. It is 8 inches wide and total of 8 1/2 inches tall with the finial (3 3/4"). Finished with 5 coats of wipe-on poly and buffed, just some black wax on finial after being polished to 4000 grit.
This one I like. The bead on the bottom of the finial makes a nice transition between it and the neck.

You certainly do some beautiful work. I'm with Don and Frank love that finial.
