Black Limba and Blackwood

Black Limba with Blackwood lid/finial. 4-3/4" x 4-3/4". Finished with Seal-A-Cell and buffed with Tripoli and Wax.
Very Very nice; crisp detail on the finial makes this piece.
 
I like it! Where is the Black Limba from? Africa - South America -- SE Asia.

Really looks like some type of stone/ceramic piece. :cool2:

Outstanding use of this wood, you did right by it - excellent.
