Black Poplar

Hi to All,This wood came from an old Black Poplar, and this very piece was cut close to the root eight months ago. Have Lost a lot of weight but still strong and no cracking. The size is 15" and 12" for 7 1/2 high. I was very pleased with the design hidden under the bark...so decided to share how the wood it came out.
thanks for view...
