Carved and textured hollow form inspired by AAW Symposium seminars taught by John Jordan and Troy Grimwood. Sweetbay Magnolia harvested after Hurricane Florence. 6" x 5".
@Breck Whitworth Thank you! I was going for an "organic" look based on techniques taught by Troy Grimwood. I'm just starting on the next one and hope to make it look more like an actual sea urchin.
