Double Handled Goblet

This project was a collaboration with my good friend Troy Grimwood. It was an “ Editors Challenge” the last one given to me by Mark Baker. Why don’t you make a handled goblet? How easy is that? Then he added, the handles have to be a part of the cup, not added. The article just came out on the last issue of Woodturning Magazine
Beautiful! But how are the handles even possible?!? Unless you glued them on I just don't see how this was done.
