African Blackwood & Koa

African Blackwood and Maui curly Koa box with hand chased threads. 16tpi. Sanded to 2000 with Super Buffex from Steve Worcester owner of www.turningwood.com THis is by far the highest grit I have ever used. The Blackwood did not need buffing, super smooth and shiny. But, buffed it anyways 5.5 inches tall. The Koa I stabilised it with Cactus Juice.
