Enigma 3

Enigma 3

This is the second half of Enigma Too which won the bowl section in the Art of Wood competition last year. My take on an emerging bowl. Made from a piece of Jarrah burl.
Enigma Too didn't have the pyro texture on the edges of the wing but the bowl rim was textured.
240mm long by 70mm wide and 35mm tall
This spectacular piece is wonderful to look at and appreciate, but it also has an auditory component that others lack. I can just hear that propeller spinning. Makes me want to run to safety. Very imaginative, very well done. Thank you, Robbie.

Another amazing piece by Mr. Graham! Love all your work, Robbie. Size? Straining my brain trying to figure out how many times this was mounted on the lathe and the sequence.
