Thrift store basket

I made this basket from a shallow bowl I bought at a thrift store for $2. The original was 15 1/2" but by the time I got it round and all it was 14 1/2". The wood is some sort of tropical hardwood, very open grained, and didn't take to the beading very well. The pattern is a modified version of a real basket in the Eddie Basher Collection just called Apache Tray.
