Wayne Center for the Arts 2nd Annual Competition

This is our local competition sponsered by both the North Coast and Buckeye chapters. There were around 100 pieces is the show. Prizes where given in 8 catagories. Also a best of show . ( the highest piece on the right). This years show was very diverse and also very original. Some very unique work was submitted. The Wayne center for the arts is located in Wooster Ohio in an old grade school building. Stop by and see some very special pieces. Thanks ---Ray

The piece between the two gentleman and on the upper shelf won best of show. The judges informed me "it was a perfect piece of art, a museum piece" If you held it in your hands you would agree. The thing is he was one of the few people submitting pieces from out of state and only submitted 2 pieces. Please make an effort to come out. Let me know what you thought of the show. I thought, as did a lot of folks, that it is a great show....Thanks Ray
