graduation project

This was a graduation present for my daughter. I used Canarywood for the main piece and the center part is Spalted Tamarin with a slice of Purple Heart.
Martin, I'm sure this is a very sentimental project for you and your daughter. I wish I could enlarge it to see the inscriptions, etc.

Hi Hal,

I am sorry I am not sure why it won't enlarge. There are more detailed photo's on my blog, http://fromtreetoart.wordpress.com/2011/05/31/hello-world/.

Thanks, Martin
