Hollow Form with Arguably-Too-Long Finial

One of the pieces for my application to the Mississippi Craftsmen's Guild. Black Ash hollow form with a Cherry finial that technically makes the entire piece nearly a foot tall.
Maybe the vessel is too tall. Push the proportion the other way with a smaller vessel to accentuate the length of that delicate finial.
