Thanks Ed, and Jeff. Demantions are 5.5"x4" and it is hollowed. I drilled all the holes first, then hollowed using the center hole. Made chip ejection eazy. It is very light and very strong. Thanks to the recent snow storm, I was able to spend the whole day on this. Start to finish about 8 hours.

It's nice to see something so unique, I thought it was a picture of a real pod before I clicked on the thumbnail, very good work, congrats.
