This is another triptych of maple burl with the side pieces turned after the piece as a whole. In addition, I made up a jig for the router to continue the divergence onto the center section. 30" x 16"
Very nice Michael, a truly unique piece and quite intriguing. I have stared at it for some time, enjoying it. The "bands" look like sound waves emanating and bouncing back. Really like the coloring and texturing.
