NIP Candlestick

This is a candlestick made from norfolk island pine, It is about 8 inches tall and 2 inches wide. The design is not mine, It was copied from Candlesticks made from Eli Aliversa, which he makes in a pair and calls them JJ candlesticks.
I like the bottom form - and I like the top form.....but not together (personal opinion). Maybe it's the angle of the photo but it looks very top heavy for a 2"Ø form with a small rolled under foot. I definitely would never light a candle in one of these! ;) Even a decorative piece should look like its capable of its implied function (candlestick).
