Purplehart Vessel

Purplehart Vessel

This is a stacked ring vessel with a raindrop finial. I had the idea to turn a raindrop finial and use the same material as the base. Materials are purplehart and birch. Dimensions are 5-1/2" dia X 6" tall
Very well done. I like the shape and the wood combination. A bit off the subject, but I heard this last weekend that Armorall works to help purpleheart keep its color. Anyone else heard of this?
