Red Mallee Burl Compote

Those Aussie burls; I can't get enough of them.
This compote was turned from Red Mallee Burl, a native of Australia. It's composed of 3 different parts: bowl, spindle, and base.
The inside bowl and spindle are friction polished and the base and bowl edges are finished with BLO. Wanted to get that dramatic look on the inner bowl versus the outer edge. Comments are always welcomed.
DImensions: 6.5" tall x 5"-8" wide.
