I found the wood for this bowl at a local wood dump. At first, I didn't think I would like it...
I am going back to that dump with some smallish cherry short logs to trade for the rest of this BEAUTIFUL wood (the yard boss was going to cut this stuff up for fire wood).

Diameter: 8 3/4 inches
Height: 3 5/8 inches
Finish: Mineral Oil sanded to 600
