Roughed Platter

Maple Platter Roughed out. 3 inches thick and 18 inches in diameter. Nice crotch coloring with a colorful bark inclusion running through the near side of the platter.

Crotch started at 22 inches. I was working with my local Turning Club mentor on his PM 3520. We chose a 20 inch section. More details on the post in the forum.
