I have always loved this piece Andi. The reliefed carving makes the leaves feel so realistic. I love the hollow form that matches this one as well.

Thanks, Chris - this is one of my favorites, too, and I'm looking forward to seeing it again in Utah. It's currently on display for the "Under the Bark - 25 years of woodturning" exhibit.

Hi Andi,

This is one of my favorites too!! I also like how the light from the photo goes through the openings in the piece. It reminds me of laying under a nice maple tree in the fall and looking up.
