anyone know where to find the rules for this years newsletter submissions? I can't seem to locate them.
 
It wasn't easy to find -- if you go to the home page and look at the last item in the second column, you will see it -- titled something like "2006 Chapter Contests".

I will have to agree that finding things on this web site seems to be rather difficult.
