2008 AAW Symposium - Updates

The hotel deals are long gone. Does the AAW have any other deals in the area? Just seems like with 1300 people coming, there would be more hotel blocks dealt into the program.

I had a word with the AAW's office staff on 1/23 about this...they say that the discounted rooms set aside at the Omni Richmond Hotel ($119/night) are only 46% spoken for. If you have had any difficulty booking a discounted room at the Omni, the best course would be to get in touch with the AAW office so they can run down the problem. Here's the contact info:
