The remote on my Jet 2 HP dust collector isn't working. The customer rep. sent a new receiver which I installed but it's still not working after many battery changes and resets. I'm considering just adding an after market remote between the dust collector and outlet and using that. Can anyone recommend a remote control switch?

I've been using the The Long Ranger 111 for my Grizzly dust collector for years now. I can't believe how much abuse that thing takes. I used the 110 long ranger for my old dust collector for more than 10 years before it died.

Thank you. I was looking at the Penn State unit. Glad to know it's worked well for you. Jet is sending me a whole new electric box but I may get the remote just in case.

I use the Long Ranger with the gate switches. 7 yrs on, still works greatly ! Plus, I never forget to close a blast gate.
