I have been a member of AAW for a long time, spelled years. Just discovered I couldn't post anything in the marketplace because I not an "established member". I am a bit surprised but okay! I am creating posts to get to the magic level.

Meanwhile greetings from L.A.

Welcome, jump on in! BTW you have to have a certain number of messages to be established, it is not based on the number of years you have been a member.

The AAW forum is open free of charge to all woodturners, not just AAW members. Approximately half of the forum members are not AAW members. The AAW Forum Marketplace is a perk for actual contributing forum members. Although rare, we can revoke "Established member" status if we see that someone is just spamming the forum to meet the ten post count threshold. The established member category was created to reduce some of the moderator maintenance headaches in the marketplace.
