Alaskan Earthquake

The west coast tsunami warning has been lifted.

I recall in the late 1960's driving through Crescent City, CA seeing the wipe out of that city from the 1964 Alaska quake. The '64 quake was greater magnitude than this recent one, still amazing Crescent City could have been taken out by a quake in Alaska.

Glad everyone is safe. People are not aware of the destruction that natural occurrences can cause. It has been said that 2017 was the most expensive on record as to the billions of dollars damage done by fires, floods, etc.
