Hello all,

My name is Andrew Mirlo. I have only been turning for a month now. I have just started learning but have learned a lot already from many sources. I have turned a couple of things already and they aren’t too bad for a beginner. I look forward to learning more and making some beautiful items and sharing them here. I will post a couple of pictures of my work.

Thank you. I look forward to being a member and utilizing any and all help I can get. I appreciate the response. I see so many wonderful things people make and look forward to trying some myself. This is another one I just finished.

Hi Andrew,
Looks interesting, but hard to tell what it is. What is it? Also, you may not be aware that your photos are going in rotated 90 degrees counterclockwise. I had that same problem when I started and had to pre-rotate the photos 90 degrees clockwise before posting to get them to go in correctly. I would be curious if someone more familiar with the forum could tell us if we need to adjust a setting or something, of it that is just a foible of the site.
