Arbortech Tool Question

I recent found a great deal for the Arbortech Mega Bundle. I purchased it from Beyond Tools which at the time I didn't know that they were in Australia.
I received the package with no problems. However, the first thing I noticed, which I didn’t realize, is that Australia's tools have a different electrical configuration on the plug. I wasn't concerned, because I know you can buy adapters to fit different countries receptacles . The biggest issue is that most Australia's electronics and tools run on a different voltage than those of the US. Apparently, AU tools run off of 230V, whereas ours are 120V. Has anyone run into this issue before? I looked on Amazon for a transformer that might solve the problem. Please see the link below:

I’m looking at the 5000-watt voltage converter transformer that either steps up or down. Would this solve my issue, or do you have any other recommendations, or am I SOL?

Maybe put on a 220v plug and just use your lathe outlet?

Darryl, I thought about that. But, my understanding, and I could be wrong, is that on our 220v outlets, we have two hot 110v wires each connecting to a separate prong and than there is a separate neutral. The plugs on the tools that I ordered only have two diagonal prongs. Only one prong is hot 220V and the other is neutral. Additionally, within the Australian outlet there is a fuse.

If they shipped Australian tools, they weren't thinking about voltage/plug differences either. Maybe they could swap for correct voltage or take them back for a refund?

THIS. I believe Australia mains uses 230v 50 Hz (Vs. U.S. mains at 120v 60Hz)

Brian, you're right on the electrical. I'll reach out to Arbortech and see if they can swap the units for me. Shipping the tools back to Australia would cost a lot.

yes in Australia its 50hertz unlike the USA 60 hertz. Transformer, 5000watts seems a bit high unless you bought many 240v tools, with the 60hertz it might a bit hotter and certainly faster. All the Arbotec gear I have is designed to run on the standard 4" portable grinder. I see that there three power tools listed in the bundle, it might be a good idea to looking into that side of it as grinders are quite cheap.
