Subscribed this year. Has loads of projects with lots of photos and step by step instructions for turning, finishing, etc. Anyone else subscribe to it?

I just subscribed late last year. Price is not too bad for having it shipped overseas. Really great photos and lots of turning content which I like.

It is/was a nice magazine. I had a subscription for 20 years (from 1991 to 2011). It is a little expensive. Not sure why I stopped ... maybe because I didn't turn for two years due to an accident in late 2006, and then my turning time was cut way back after that. Just recycled hundreds of turning & woodworking magazines this past October when I had someone here to carry them out of my basement shop for me. Still have a lot more. ☹️

My key idea is the detail given step by step for turning, photos, etc. as I stated before.

Hi Sam
Thanks for the link. I already subscribe to Woodturning but original post referred to a magazine called Woodturner.
Can John clarify the name of the magazine

My mistake and so early in the month...Woodturning is the correct name. Expensive but IMO, worth it.

I started subscribing last year with the digital version. It was cheaper and I don't have to wait to have it delivered in the mail. Another great option is that I can buy back issues.

Yeah I saw that he was looking for turner instead of turning but the link is what I found that was based in Britain. Looks like an interesting magazine a friend showed me one last week. It was really well informative

David, I'm old time where I like to turn pages while in the recliner. Easier to backtrack to clarify a point, too.

Been getting it since the early 2000’s. Switched to digital about 8-10 years ago. Magazines take up a lot of room when you take into account all the years. I do prefer having the mag in my hands but the digital works especially when I can blow up the pics for better details!
