This is my 3rd peppermill I have made. Had to knock it out in a hurry today, as it will go into the gift exchange at our annual Christmas banquet at church on Sunday evening.

One of the ladies will receive this........I have to make a pen for one of the guys tomorrow.

This is an 8" mill......the ideal size, in my opinion.

Beautiful classic shape. The curves are especially well done.

I like it so much that I might just make a knock-off of it. :D I have several peppermill kits lying around the shop for years, but I have never found my round "tuit" -- that essential tool for making whatever project I've never done. Once I saw you beautiful peppermill, I suddenly had an inspiration for one last Christmas gift and recalled where that round tuit was -- right there in my hand. Who wudda thunk to look there? I bought a piece of curly maple t'other day so all my grand excuses for not trying my hand a a peppermill are gone.
