Kent is correct, ambrosia maple. I usually have a hard time getting ambrosia but was lucky this year to have several friends bring me some logs! I have some large maple trees on my property but won’t cut a tree just for bowls.

Sounds like a winner, however my wife refuses to fly and won’t let me come by myself😁. I’ve flown a lot for business but can’t talk her into it!
