Links were supposed to be sent to registered participants 48 hours before the symposium started. I checked inbox, som and trash with no luck. A friend who also signed up is in same situation. Tried contacting AAW but “they’re at the symposium”

I contacted the AAW last week. Her reply: “Yes, you will receive information and links for the Virtual Symposium. The crew will be working on getting all of that set up next week, so we don't have specifics for you yet.”

Keep us posted. As of Thurs afternoon; I haven't received access and their main phone wasn't accepting messages. I sent an e-mail and will post if any new info received.
I am sure they will figure it out and get us all taken care of.
UPDATE: as of 5:20 EST, someone answered that they are working on and e-mails will go out shortly. Apparently they are short staffed.

Me too !
I received a reply to the email that I had sent to the help desk. They said that the links have now been sent. They included the link in their email response. I appreciate that they included it because I haven’t otherwise gotten it. I am able to access the site but none of the videos work. Each video shows “sorry, this media is offline”. Hopefully just first day teething issues.
Sessions don’t start until tomorrow.
