Die sinking cutters - how do you buy them ?

Has anyone had experience using and/or sourcing die sinking cutters? The type I refer to are 2 flute (tapered shape) ball end die sinking end mills. They come in different sizes ( eg: shaft sizes to fit Dremel/Foredom etc) and different tapers. I beleive that Melin make them in the USA.
I have tried to get prices and shipping costs from prospective suppliers, but with no luck. Perhaps they don't want to ship a 'small' order out of the USA ?

If you have used them, how did you like them?

Any help would be appreciated.
