Got a pile of spalted pen blanks from the bowl in my other "am I going to die" post.

Anyhow, since they are soaking wet, and are cut roughly an inch thick in various widths, how should I dry them? I have a couple real showpieces I tossed in the denatured alcohol but I don't have enough booze to soak everything in.
