Used, but barely. Includes a new, unopened EWT Ci4 Carbide Diamond-Shaped Cutter # 7400, valued at $20.49. I’d be shocked if there isn't at least 70% of the life left on the original tip of the original cutter. I don’t recall ever rotating the original cutter, so, with the additionally suppled cutter, there's approximately 170% cutter life (if that made sense). Handle shows no meaningful signs of wear. Works great. I just don’t use it anymore.
