Faceplate for the Jet 1642

Where can I get a faceplate for a Jet 1642? 1 1/4 x 8 tpi.

I ordered mine

I ordered mine through klingspors, 4". Jet acually makes them. Craft supply has them, go to their site and do a search for faceplate.
