spatula.JPG I'm making spatulas and my wife is finishing them. The paint is a water based acrylic however sometimes she uses milk paint. The bare wood is finished with a mineral oil/beeswax finish. What would a good sealer for the painted parts?

You don’t need anything.
I often use Waterlox over milk paint. It gives a little sheen.
the milk paint itself often has a sort of chalky look - this is great on some pieces not so great on others.

waterlox over layers of black and blue milk paint cut back to show some of the sapeli.
