Sharing some pics of a couple of goodies I just got ahold of..
I had to take advantage of the recent 15% off sale and got a couple of keepers.
Vicmarc VM120 and Vicmark bowl jaws.
I've been using the VM 100 on the left but I see some larger bowls in my future.
Lucky me..

I had both the Vicmarc 100 and 120 chucks back when they were adjusted by tommy bars. I sold both, because of that, but these chucks are unequalled in their precision fit and finish.

The Oneway Stronghold chucks I now have aren't any better, but they're what I use today....

Greg, those bowl jaws are pretty good, I have a couple of them, one for the VM100 and the other for the VM120 chuck.

Just a note for your information, the 4mm Allen head bolts which hold the standard and other accessory jaws into the VM120 chuck, are not long enough for the bowl jaws.

The original jaw bolts will just hold these bowl jaws, but if you have a catch or something goes slightly awry, then .........

As sold in Australia, I've never seen anything from dealers to suggest, or advise, that slightly longer bolts are required for all of the Vicmark bowl jaws, be they for the VM100 or VM120 chucks.

The standard VM120 chuck bolts are M6 x 12mm, the ones required for the bowl jaws are M6 x 16mm.

I would also suggest that when screwing in the Allen bolt to hold the red shim material, take care, as the aluminium of the bowl jaws is weak when compared against the steel of the bolts; don't ask how I know.

Another suggestion for ensuring you don't mar some finishes, is to use rubber doorstops, they work really well.

I have all Vicmark chucks. At least 8. Not sure. The other chuck I have is the Easy Chuck. The advantage to it is that you can swap out all 4 jaws in seconds.
