Had trouble getting my Galaxi to run properly after initial repair. Rich Bolduc has taken charge of the Teknatool Repair Service in Florida. Rich has my machine up and running like new.

Good to hear. Did you ever find out the actual root cause of the problem? Or did they just “repair and return” and now it works? As a Galaxi owner I’m curious - could be helpful info in the future if I have issues (none after 4 yrs).
Remind me, what was the original problem?
I hope this comes to pass and forgive me...but I have heard this before, so will not be holding my breath.. Have heard this about Nova/Teknatool as well as Laguna. "Meet the new boss....same as the old boss....."
Good to here my Nova 1644 just showed up this afternoon!
