Gallery & Photo posting issues

just an FYI
I was adding a photo to my gallery, and when clicking the submit/upload button I received the following error
"An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security."

But, the photo still uploaded to the gallery, (hence some seeing 2 of same - until I deleted 2nd upload).

Not sure why the error, might want to have a peek at the forum/php settings :)
