Gallery & Photo posting issues

just an FYI
I was adding a photo to my gallery, and when clicking the submit/upload button I received the following error
"An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security."

But, the photo still uploaded to the gallery, (hence some seeing 2 of same - until I deleted 2nd upload).

Not sure why the error, might want to have a peek at the forum/php settings

There is nothing like a clear unambiguous error message. (but this ain't it)

Should we organize a search party to try to find the missing resource?

That is very interesting. I don't know what might have happened to cause that singular instance -- assuming that is the only time that it has happened. It does seem like Mod_Security isn't the best idea on the Internet.
